Mine Site Administrative Assistant

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Mining Administrator to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the mining department, you will actively participate in the day-to-day operations at Rolleston and provide a high level of support. You will work closely with the mining manager to develop leadership capability across the mining team and contribute to department improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include data entry, purchasing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reconciling and receipting invoices, diary management, and assisting with reporting requirements and tasks. You will also participate in department improvement projects and contribute to the growth and development of the mining team.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a valid QLD drivers license, previous experience in a similar position, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous SAP experience is desirable, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines. A current S11 or willingness to obtain one, and a current Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain one are also required.
