We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team.

Your duties will include taking orders and payments, making fresh food items such as sandwiches, rolls, wraps, and juices, prepping for service, setting up the front counter, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by taking orders and handling payments.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Preparing and cooking fresh food items including sandwiches, rolls, wraps, roast dinners, and juices.
  • Preparation and Setup: Preparing for service, setting up the front counter, and ensuring the restaurant is ready for customers.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining a safe and clean environment by closing, cleaning, and sanitizing the restaurant after each shift.

This role requires:

Experience: 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

Work Authorisation: Australia (required)

Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and weekdays
