Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood) qualification, or be working towards it. A Current Blue Card is also required.
A strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
