We're seeking individuals to fill the role of Support Worker in our dynamic team.

This position involves empowering people with disabilities to live life on their own terms. Our organisation is committed to providing personalised support, helping individuals build daily living skills and stay connected to their community.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with personal care tasks, promoting dignity and independence throughout the process. This may involve showering, toileting, and continence support.

A manual handling equipment such as hoists will be used to ensure customer safety at all times.
