We are seeking charismatic leaders for various venues across Melbourne and Victoria, including wineries, hotels, bistros, and gaming venues.
The successful applicants will have:
- Experience in a similar leadership role
- Strategic skills and passion in delivering exceptional customer service
- Bar experience and ability to work behind the bar during busy periods
- Strong knowledge of stock management, ordering, and supply processes
- Ability to assist with staff training, development, and roster management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Motivation and passion to succeed and develop into a managerial position
- Experience in supervising and performing gaming operations and cash handling duties
- Valid RSA and Gaming Licences (Gaming Venues Only)
- Flexibility with all shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead teams to achieve high standards
- Assist with staff development programs and mentorship
- Manage stock, ordering, and supply processes efficiently
- Collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safe work practice standards
