Childcare Educator

Erina Kindergarten is a long day care service located in a convenient bush setting, surrounded by extensive gardens and state-of-the-art facilities.

We are open 6:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, closed on public holidays and over the Christmas period.

We work with a dedicated team of educators and assistants to create a stimulating environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in childcare education
  • Up-to-date First Aid certification
  • Childcare experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships

You should be an inspiring leader and positive role model, with personal and professional aspirations to make the childcare industry a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and have a happy persona, with a passion for making a difference in every child's learning journey.

Additional requirements include:

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate and Asthma training
  • Police check
  • Working knowledge of child development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships
