Senior HSEQ Advisor

We are seeking a Senior Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) expert to oversee our client's offerings in a permanent capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our client's services consistently meet customer expectations by maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSEQ initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and rollout of HSEQ programs.
  • Support in developing, reviewing, and maintaining HSEQ procedures, registers, and training documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments, inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage and enhance the HSEQ management system.
  • Monitor, track, and report accurate HSEQ data, including trends and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and continuously improve an Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior role within a comparable industry - Manufacturing/Mining.
  • Strong background in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Experience conducting ICAM investigations (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across a diverse workforce, business units, and stakeholders.
