Design at Scale is on a mission to make visual communication accessible to everyone.

We're looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead our efforts and create the most user-friendly design tool in the world.

You'll work closely with designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to deliver an exceptional experience to millions of users worldwide.

As a Product Manager, you'll define strategic direction, scope, and success metrics for product initiatives.

You'll drive the development of growth features for Canva Teams and Pro users, execute discovery processes, and serve as a domain expert on user JTBD.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a clear strategy and roadmap with the team and leadership to grow subscribers, user frequency, and retention.
  • Driving the growth of three new design features across all Canva subscription plans.
  • Executing effective discovery processes and serving as a domain expert on user JTBD.
  • Collaborating with designers to solve real problems through flawless user experiences.

We're seeking someone with strong experience as a product manager of a SaaS software product, preferably working at scale. You should be a strong communicator who can speak engineering, data, design, operations, and influence cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong UX skill set, understanding more than just the fundamentals of good UX, and be great with data, turning insights into actions.

We value ownership mentality and high agency to get projects from concept to reality as quickly as possible.

This role requires

  1. Strong experience as a product manager of a SaaS software product, preferably working at scale.
  2. A strong communicator who can speak engineering, data, design, operations, and influence cross-functionally.
