The role of Event Producer is to oversee and manage the process and execution of a live event. The Event Producer organizes and manages the live event to ensure a smooth execution and a positive experience for guests.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities


• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including but not limited to food and beverage, audiovisual, entertainment, security, rentals, graphics and décor


• Formulate production strategy for the event which aligns with business goals


• Collaborate with project management and design teams to ensure event meets delivery and quality standards


• Handle event logistics including budgeting, scheduling, run of show and other logistical details


• Manage vendor relationships before, during and after the event. Including load in and loud out logistics


• Oversee and lead teams of event staff when applicable


• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement

Other Duties & Responsibilities


• Assist between Smackdown and Raw Hospitalities on Friday and Monday in the Granite Room and Indigo Room


• Oversee vendor load-in/load-out specific to Pirate Life Bar


• Manage WWE Crown Jewel Ruby Hospitality in Pirate Life Bar on Saturday, including guest ingress/egress, food & beverage, security, and superstar talent appearances / meet and greets.


• Must have Live Event Experience

This is a temporary position. Please see workdays details below:

You'll lead WWE Ruby Hospitality on event day and assist with Friday/Monday WWE activities.

→ Pre-production: ~10 hrs. between Aug 18 – Oct 7 — This is to onboard staff prior to the event.
