About the Role

Rural Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Farm Manager to join our team in Williams, WA. As a key member of our agricultural operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager with day-to-day and cropping operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager with the planning and execution of cropping operations, including seeding, spraying, fertilizing, and harvesting.
  • Operate and maintain a range of agricultural machinery, including tractors, trucks, and specialized equipment.
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yields and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar broadacre position.
  • Manual C license essential, HR license desirable.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
