As a Graduate Engineer or Geoscientist at our Brisbane office, you will have the opportunity to develop an exciting career that builds on your fundamental skills gained during university.
You will work on a mix of field and office-based projects that support a wide variety of clients in the mining, transportation, pipeline, energy, and community sectors. Field work may include site investigations, drilling and downhole testing, test pitting, field mapping, geophysical surveys, instrumentation installation, river/stream inspection, and engineering geology assessment.
In the office, you will be responsible for reporting and interpreting field data, conducting engineering or geoscience analysis including material and site characterization, interpreting instrumentation data, and contributing to designs.
Our ideal candidate has a strong academic background, relevant work experience, and a desire to travel and work in diverse and remote conditions.

Responsibilities:- Field and office-based work related to geotechnical investigation, assessment, design, and construction monitoring at mine sites for waste management facilities (e.g. tailings), open pits, underground excavations, access roads, and building foundations.
- Geotechnical, engineering geology, and water resource assessments for various pipeline, transportation, community, and power projects.
- Surface and groundwater assessments for environmental baseline studies, water supply projects, design of remediation works, design and construction of water management infrastructure, balance studies, hydrologic assessments, and engineering geology risk assessments.
