We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in the role of Graduate Registered Nurse. As part of our 12-month program, you will have the opportunity to work with a world-renowned healthcare team in one of Queensland's most complex and high-acuity hospital environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate in nursing to consolidate your skills and learning. You will be encouraged to grow and develop as a professional, making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

  • Part-time (0.8 FTE) opportunities available
  • Flexibility to work a full rotating roster
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Streams Available

Our 12-month program offers two streams: General Nursing and Perioperative. You will have the opportunity to broaden your experience and build your skills in various specialties, including:

  • Acute Medicine
  • Respiratory
  • Palliative Care
  • Neuroscience
  • Cardiology/Coronary Care
  • CARDIOTHORACIC/VASCULAR
  • ORTHOPAEDICS/NEUROSURGERY
  • REHABILITATION
  • SURGICAL – PLASTICS, ENT, COLORECTAL, EYE, GYNAECOLOGY, GENERAL SURGICAL SHORT STAY SURGICAL AND PAEDIATRICS
  • Theatres - Scrub / Scout Anaesthetics PACU (Post Anaesthetic Care Unit)
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply, you must:

  • Have completed your Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing between December 2024 and December 2025
  • Hold registration with AHPRA by January 26th 2026
  • Have unlimited working rights in Australia
