About the Role

This dynamic position involves:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests
  • Collaborating with in-venue hosts, managers & supervisors
  • Generating and coordinating bookings
  • Assisting the FOH team during peak periods
  • Liaising with external concierges
  • Maintaining and growing the Artesian Guest database
  • Engaging with potential customers passing by the venue
