Job Title

A pivotal leadership role awaits an accomplished professional with exceptional customer-centric skills and expertise in cloud transformation. The Senior Customer Solutions Manager will play a key part in guiding organizations through all stages of their cloud adoption journey, ensuring seamless value realization and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Customer Solutions Manager will work closely with customers to identify and accelerate their realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle by leveraging AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices.
  • This involves establishing and maturing operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.
  • Additionally, the Senior Customer Solutions Manager will help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other methods.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead technical and non-technical transformation project teams, working effectively across broad functional teams.
