Physiotherapist - Aged Care Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in an Aged Care setting. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
