We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Critical assessment and planning of patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a hospital setting.
- Proven experience in rehabilitation care is highly regarded.
We offer a competitive remuneration package including salary range $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 plus superannuation. Professional development opportunities and employee benefits are also available.
