About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents in a person-centred approach.

Reporting directly to the Care Manager, you will provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures. This will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team. This will require strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a willingness to support and develop others.

As a Registered Nurse with our organisation, you will be expected to work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures.

  • Providing kind hearted and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for police clearance and NDIS check.
