Drive Revenue Growth and Lead Commercial Strategy

We're seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead revenue generation across all commercial functions. This pivotal role demands strategic leadership, hands-on delivery, and a deep understanding of sales processes.\

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Own and deliver global revenue targets through direct contribution and team leadership\
  • Lead end-to-end sales initiatives from pipeline to close\
  • Build and deepen client and partner relationships across enterprise accounts\
  • Identify and activate strategic growth opportunities and channel partnerships\
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify brand presence and thought leadership in the HR and talent space\

What You Bring:\
  • \
  • A minimum of four years in sales leadership within consulting, L&D, HR, DEI, or other solution-based services\
  • Proven ability to win and grow enterprise clients with complex buying structures\
  • Experience optimising sales systems and processes to unlock scalable growth\
  • Self-starter mindset with experience in early-stage or agile environments\
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and commercial acumen\
