Where Talent Meets Opportunity

As a Process Operator you'll operate and monitor boiler station equipment to ensure sufficient levels of steam are driving power generation for factory operations and external demands.

This position operates on a continuous rotating shift roster for approximately 10 months of the year and switches to a day work schedule with RDOs most Fridays during the remainder of the year.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Boiler Station Management: Monitor and operate boiler station equipment to achieve optimal performance.
  2. Station Performance Feedback: Provide regular and accurate feedback to management on station performance.
  3. Competency Development: Achieve relevant sugar milling module competencies.
  4. Collaboration and Support: Assist in the professional development of boiler assistants.
  5. Safety Commitment: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.

Requirements and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate must have a High Risk Work Licence for Turbine Operator (TO) and Advanced Boiler Operator (BA). We also welcome applicants with other High-Risk Work Licences.
