Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to fill this dynamic role. As a Cleaner and General All-Rounder, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and take on new challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills and be able to adapt to different situations. They will be responsible for performing cleaning, maintenance, security, art, and graphic design tasks, as well as gardening and administration duties.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining properties
  • Performing general household duties
  • Assisting with maintenance and repairs
  • Providing security services
  • Creating canvas paintings and other artistic works
  • Designing and creating graphics for properties
  • Working independently and efficiently
  • Maintaining attention to detail and strong organisational skills

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work during peak periods, including public holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in cleaning and general household duties
  • Experience in maintenance and gardening
  • Licensed experience in security operations
  • Experience in art and computer design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in property management or hospitality is an asset
