Job Title: Senior Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled digital project manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of projects across various domains.

This role will require structured planning, proactive risk management, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to achieve lasting and practical solutions.

About the Team

The Program Delivery Team is responsible for providing strategic direction, guidance, and governance for the effective management and optimization of digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support the digital project management team in fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversight of end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and balancing workloads.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across all projects, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring team members understand and manage risks effectively.
Requirements
  • Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant experience - relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital programs or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project, JIRA).
