As a senior SEO strategist, you will spearhead our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results for clients.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position within our management structure and will play a crucial role in driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for two key areas: client strategy and execution, and team leadership and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop client strategies and roadmaps aligned with their goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with the Digital Strategy Lead and Account Managers to plan campaigns
- Analyze client and competitor websites to achieve top search engine rankings
- Persistently pursue innovative solutions and results
- Manage resources, time, and costs using project management tools
- Support sales and account teams with pitches and RFQs
- Maintain expertise in all SEO areas: onsite, offsite, technical, AI, etc.
- Lead and mentor a team of three SEO professionals
- Provide development opportunities and guidance
- Enhance internal processes for better efficiency
- Collaborate with design and development teams to improve SEO during website builds
- Deep SEO knowledge and proven strategic success
- Experience leading or managing SEO teams
- Resilience and a proactive attitude
- Minimum 7 years of SEO experience
