Financial Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Professional to join our team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our business, ensuring that all financial activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external parties, including auditors, lawyers, and insurance providers.
  • Perform regular reviews of financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in a financial management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • CPA qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
