As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing profit and loss responsibilities for the Health portfolio and implementing practices set by the Chief Learning Innovation Officer to ensure high-quality program content and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Forge and enhance strategic relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Strategic Representation: Engage with senior professionals within industry partners and other health services facilities.
  • KPI and P&L Management: Oversee performance across three regional campuses.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to standards set by ANMAC, ASQA, and HESG.
  • Program Development and Innovation: Advise on the product portfolio and market strategy.
  • Operational Planning and Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement operational plans that align with strategic goals.
  • Business Development Support: Manage client relationships and liaise with the Commercial team.

Competencies Required:

  • Behavioural: Advanced skills in building capability, commercial acumen, customer and partnership focus, collaboration, change leadership, performance management, proactivity, and accountability.
  • Technical: Advanced experience in managing services, mentoring educators, project management, and recognized expertise in the industry or area of specialization.

Application Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in business, management, or a learning-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in managing health services, developing industry partnerships, and achieving strategic goals.
