Mental Health Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Mental Health team at Northern Beaches Hospital's Ward 3C.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with various mental health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and promote patient recovery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered and evidence-based practice.
  • Supervise and precept Enrolled Nurses, Graduates, and Students, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment, adhering to trauma-informed care principles and reducing restrictive practices.
