We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our NSW team and drive growth in the country west territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic solutions and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain a rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers, activating sales processes for optimal results.
- Conduct regular market analysis, gathering industry intelligence on competitor activity, trends, and customer insights.
- Achieve territory and team objectives aligned with regional targets and sales incentive schemes.
This role is suitable for individuals with:
- More than 3 years of field sales experience in a relevant sector, preferably industrial.
- Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape sales strategy.
- Understanding of sales process methodology and commercial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate product features into value propositions.
- Experience engaging with various stakeholder levels and Tier 1-3 customers.
