Operational Risk Director

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Director to join our Digital and Data Business Operational Risk Management team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the global Digital and Data teams and the wider internal risk ecosystem to ensure Macquarie's Operational Risk is appropriately addressed and managed.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an advisor across all non-financial risks, supporting the Digital and Data Leadership Teams in making commercial and pragmatic risk-based decisions.
- Foster an environment to enable risk culture to evolve and be embedded across Digital and Data teams at all levels.
- Conduct global operational risk workshops and training with a focus on risk learnings from both within and outside the industry.
- Partner with Macquarie's Risk Management Group and Framework owners to facilitate best practice adherence to Enterprise Risk Frameworks.
