Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Supervisor to join our team at Castlepark. As an Admissions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the admissions team and ensuring seamless operations of the front gate, ticketing, and season pass center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Admissions Team: Lead the admissions team by example and with integrity, enforcing all policies and standard operating procedures of Castlepark.
  • Monitor and Motivate Team Members: Monitor and motivate team members to achieve a high standard of guest service, supporting the Admission Coordinator in administrative functions as needed.
  • Ensure Guest Flow: Ensure guests flow through the front entry efficiently, recognizing when operational adjustments are needed.
  • Operate the Front Gate: Operate the front gate, ticketing, and season pass center, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining correct operating levels as specified in line schedules.
  • Coordinate Staffing: Coordinate staffing levels on operational and non-operational days using the Quinyx scheduling system.
  • Review and Process Timekeeping: Review, check accuracy, and process team member timekeeping as per procedure.
  • Lead the Admissions Team: Lead the admissions team ensuring all operations are performed while maintaining knowledge of all products and ticket options.
  • Assist with Area Cleanliness: Assist with area cleanliness, including sweeping, rubbish pick-up, and maintaining birthday & cabana areas.
  • Carry Out Duties: Carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations or any member of the Management Team.

Workplace Health & Safety (WHS):

  • Follow WHS Policies: Follow and comply with Work Health Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Use Safety Equipment: Correctly use all safety and personal protective equipment.
  • Report WHS Incidents: Report WHS incidents, injuries, and safety activities to your direct Manager and First Aid.
  • Promote Proactive Hazard Reporting: Promote proactive hazard/near miss reporting.
  • Attend Work Group Meetings: Attend Work Group Meetings to discuss and promote safety.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of twice per week during the peak season.
  • Adhere to Company Code of Conduct: Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct policy.
  • Represent the Company: Represent the Company well internally and externally.
  • Work in All Weather Conditions: Be able to work in all weather conditions.
