About Our Store

Welcome to Proactive Services, the dedicated team responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our stores and ensuring trolleys are readily available for our customers. We're committed to creating a hygienically clean environment for everyone to work and shop in.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our cleaning team, you'll be responsible for completing daily tasks allocated to you, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and the team room. You'll also be involved in collecting trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas, working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, and assisting customers with queries or directions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned, including cleaning and trolley collection
  • Work across departments to ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need physical fitness, the ability to stand for long periods, and lift loads between 5-10kgs. You should be flexible and comfortable working in various environments, such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks. Additionally, you'll require availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.

Salary Information:
