The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Diploma Qualified Childcare Educator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive centre culture
Requirements
  • Australian working rights
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Completed Child Protection Training and demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
