The role of the Casual Attendant is to provide exceptional customer service and support front-of-house operations at our sports club.

Cashier duties include working with customers at the bar and café, providing information to members and visitors, serving food and drinks, and checking membership cards and enforcing entry requirements.

Additionally, the Casual Attendant will be responsible for working with poker machines, TAB, and KENO, as well as developing strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a point of sale system efficiently and accurately
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the bar and café areas
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid RSA/RCG certification
  • Previous experience in a gaming or hospitality environment
  • A friendly and approachable personality
