Job Overview

The role involves providing strategic advice, legal counsel, and deal execution capabilities on complex technology transactions.

  • Negotiate core infrastructure and cloud contracts
  • Advise on cutting-edge financial services use cases leveraging generative AI

This position plays a key part in supporting the Group's technology strategy, working within a dynamic and innovative environment to support the Group's businesses and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with technology and commercial partners
  • Manage legal and regulatory risks across the Group
  • Ensure contracts are fit for purpose and align with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 5 years' experience in technology law
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for SaaS, software licensing, and regulated outsourcing
  • Innovative mindset and openness to change
  • Team player with excellent client service skills
