Store Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead the development of our stores across Australia.
This pivotal role requires a project management expert with a passion for store development, excellent commercial acumen, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure prime locations for new stores or relocations.
- Develop and manage budgets for construction and associated expenses.
- Evaluate and align store designs with our branding and standards.
- Select and manage third-party vendors and contractors.
- Collaborate with marketing for store launches and ensure grand openings are supported by effective marketing campaigns.
We are targeting an individual with:
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- A passion for store development and high-level financial and commercial acumen.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure every store opening meets our high standards.
