Role Overview

  • Work with the Manager to build a culture of development which inspires and engages the team.
  • Embed customer excellence whilst growing the business through clear direction and operational excellence.
  • Bring a commercial eye to the store, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
  • Support the Store Manager to manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
  • Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, engaging the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
