Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-the-job technical assistance, including installation, fault finding, and repairs of our Dispatch, Argus, Provision, Pegasys, Minecare, and Digital Terrain Monitoring (DTM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting issues to resolve technical problems
  • Working autonomously and on remote mine sites
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Traveling regularly throughout Australasia as required
  • Collaborating with the project management team for installation and commissioning of products
  • Identifying and engaging in root cause analysis activities to reduce product issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and inventory
  • Providing product user training
  • Communicating across business units to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification as an Electrician / Auto Electrician / Technician or equivalent
  • Proven experience in maintaining electrical / technical systems
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
  • Commitment to safety protocols and regulations
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work on different mine sites and projects
  • High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic
