As a Senior Manager, you will work across a range of projects, including organisational design, workforce planning, culture, learning, and leadership. This role utilises your change management background and broader management consulting experience to supervise individual and team workloads, project manage, and deliver exceptional service outcomes for clients.

Some examples of the types of projects our team delivers include:

  • Leveraging your change management expertise to design and deliver strategies for digital transformation or other organisational changes
  • Developing and executing bespoke solutions to address client opportunities and challenges
  • Building networks and assisting in leading the development of our Consulting practice
  • Supporting the delivery of culture change initiatives, including culture assessments and roadmap development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Consulting practice, delivering full-spectrum services and projects across areas such as Change Management, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, and Strategy. You'll be responsible for managing workflow, delegating tasks, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, meeting technical standards, and within deadlines and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting experience, growing a successful business, aligning leaders to a clear vision, setting strategy, planning, designing, and implementing programs and projects. They will possess strong foundational experience in change management and/or general consulting skills within a professional services environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong research, analysis, presentation, project management, and attention to detail skills
  • Able to form strong working relationships with market-leading clients to support their strategic aspirations
  • Business development, bids, and complex proposal management experience
  • Experience in sizing engagements, including scoping skills and experience required, team structure, and supporting pricing frameworks for delivery

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience
