Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting both desktop and field-based terrestrial biodiversity evaluations
  • Advising on environmental designs, including fauna connectivity solutions
  • Formulating biodiversity offset strategies and performing biodiversity monitoring
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff members
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Producing reports that meet exceptional technical and editorial standards

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • BAM accredited assessor
  • Experience in biodiversity assessments within NSW
  • Proficiency in identifying NSW vegetation communities
  • A commitment to leadership and staff development
  • An understanding of commercial risk management in the consulting field
  • Valid driver's license.
