Leasing Property Officer Role

The role involves managing leasing and property operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This includes conducting inspections, qualifying prospective tenants, and matching them with suitable properties.

  • Conduct open for inspections during the week and on Saturdays to showcase available properties to potential renters.
  • Qualify prospective tenants by assessing their suitability for the properties they are interested in.
  • Follow up with prospective tenants via database management systems to ensure seamless communication and timely updates.
  • Process tenancy applications efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare marketing materials and advertisements for available rentals, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property.
  • Arrange professional photography for rental listings to showcase the properties in the best possible light.
  • Coordinate lease signs and stickers to ensure consistent branding across all locations.
  • Create e-marketing campaigns and newsletters to promote available rentals and engage with potential renters.
  • Conduct new tenancy sign-ups as required, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

For this role, we require candidates to have previous experience in the real estate industry, a valid driver's license, and a certificate of registration. The successful applicant will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

This role involves working Monday-to-Saturday, with one day off during the week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
