Workplace Relations Specialist

A strategic role in our Workplace Relations & Safety team has arisen, offering a unique opportunity for career progression and continuous development. The Opportunity: We have partnered with a leading law firm to assist them in their search for an expert professional to join their Workplace Relations & Safety team. Your role will oversee diverse matters, involving you in providing strategic advice and litigation. You'll also work directly with clients, cultivating relationships by advising on dismissals, workplace investigations, bullying and harassment claims, work health and safety, award compliance, and enterprise bargaining. This presents a chance to partner with experienced professionals, taking the reins of your caseload and providing mentorship to junior lawyers. Engage with businesses across various sectors, making a lasting impact in industries such as construction, mining, technology, education, and healthcare.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years PQE
  • Proven experience in a range of employment and industrial relations matters
  • A robust work ethic, technical prowess, and organizational finesse
  • Proactivity in delivering timely solutions to intricate legal challenges
  • A genuine passion for and interest in employment law
  • Stellar interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eagerness to mentor your peers
