Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Implementing sales and service plans to drive business results and meet performance goals.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new starters and providing coaching and support to ensure their success.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a multi-cultural retail environment.
  • Experience in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Digital proficiency and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with colleagues and customers.
