We are seeking a Product Lead to develop and execute a strategy for our content area, collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to build the world's most diverse and enriched AI training data library.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver opportunities to amplify content and improve the content experience.
- Build a high-performing team: manage and lead a group of Product Managers working in the content space to deliver against bold content goals and drive content engagement.
- Create a clear vision and define the future roadmap for your product area.
- Develop an efficient approach to our content production process to drive scale while maintaining content quality.
As a seasoned professional in the content and/or marketplace space, you have relevant experience at a high-growth company with an international presence. You possess a good understanding of generative AI trends and common practices. A strong communicator, you can effectively coordinate with engineering, data, design, and operations teams to achieve significant outcomes.
