Electrical Design Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Lead to join our professional consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to lead the design of electrical projects, work with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.


About the Role
  • This role involves leading the detailed engineering design of projects, including supervising and directing engineering staff and designers.
  • The ideal candidate will be client-focused, able to identify opportunities, propose and win project work, and oversee its execution and delivery.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing design deliverables, specifying equipment, and overseeing electrical manufacturer and installation works.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.
  • Project design experience, preferably in mining or minerals processing applications.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage project targets and budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders.
