We are seeking a qualified professional to plan and schedule maintenance activities for our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance tasks by priority level.
  • Manage notifications, work orders, time confirmation, and documentation for asset maintenance using software systems.
  • Source materials and services required for execution of work.
  • Organise and monitor parts, materials, and external contractor services to ensure availability for scheduled works.
  • Prepare job plans/work packages for routine maintenance tasks.
  • Develop shutdown task lists for plant equipment – including contribution to the scheduling process.
  • Collaborate with operations and reliability teams to identify and resolve issues impacting plant performance.
  • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders for repairs and services.
  • Undertake supervisory responsibilities.
About Your Background

The ideal candidate will possess relevant trade or engineering qualifications, with prior experience in a maintenance role and strong technical knowledge of plant equipment.

  • Prior experience in a maintenance role with trade qualifications preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment.
  • Proven ability to supervise contractor tasks in a maintenance environment.
  • Experience with software systems and project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to minimise downtime.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Prior experience in a maintenance role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment.
  • Experience with software systems and project management tools.
