Job Requirements:
* Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent, or be studying or willing to enrol in study.
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
* Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
* Passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months - Kindergarten in a play-based learning environment.
* Effective workplace communication skills.
