About the Role
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides critical services to the Coles Group, supporting identity and access management for our 130,000 team members, suppliers, and customers. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with various areas of the Tech team to deliver enterprise-level identity solutions in a complex environment spanning on-premise assets and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technology services to support, develop, and maintain the Identity and Access Management components of the IT infrastructure in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Enhance our identity management platforms to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
- Contribute to the development of the Identity and Access Management strategy and architecture, aligning with the company's overall goals.
- Maintain strategic partner relationships with key vendors and customer stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support.
About You
- Detailed experience with identity management software, including NetIQ Identity Management, NetIQ Access Management, or equivalent, with knowledge of setup, configurations, and installations, as well as ongoing operational support.
- Exposure to CyberArk Privileged Access Management and Entra (Azure) Active Directory, with a strong understanding of associated identity and access management functions.
- Experience working in a medium to large enterprise environment, with a deep understanding of the role IAM plays in contributing to the company's success.
