Relief Residential Aged Care and Clinical Nurse Director

We are seeking an experienced Relief Residential Aged Care and Clinical Nurse Manager to support our clinician operations across 11 Aged Care facilities in the Northern Territory.
This unique role will see you reporting directly to our General Manager and providing relief support to our resident managers, as well as clinical management support to our facilities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality services to our aged care residents by effectively leading, motivating, and developing our teams.
You will also be responsible for ensuring ARRCS delivers individualized care while enhancing residents' quality of life and achieving the strategic direction of the organization within designated clinical and business frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in a Hospitality, Administration, Health, or Facility Management environment.
- Interpret and apply the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory legislation.
- Coach frontline staff and demonstrate commitment to customer service and business improvement.
- Ensure strong knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety.
- 3-5 years of management experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of business or management and ability to demonstrate business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
