Packaging Performance Role

As a key contributor to our team, you will drive packaging efficiency at a high-volume production site. You will be accountable for the performance and reliability of assigned packaging machinery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and operational frameworks that enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Be responsible for the performance and reliability of assigned packaging machinery.
  • Establish and maintain maintenance standards and SOPs across equipment groups.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to identify and close skill gaps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical breakdowns; lead root cause investigations (RCA, 5 Whys, PDCA).

  • You have leadership experience in packaging/FMCG environments.
  • You possess a deep understanding of maintenance frameworks and standards.
  • You are a strong analytical and problem-solving skills holder.
