- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of multiple brands, effectively communicating their unique value proposition through innovative and creative solutions.
- Experience as an Art Director or Digital Designer in a reputable organization with a strong digital presence.
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful and innovative creative solutions across various channels and platforms.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software, including animation skills, scamping, and/or wire-framing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate with a diverse team.
