Café Manager Role

We are seeking experienced leaders to manage our café teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support front-of-house, kitchen, and bar teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage rosters, operational processes, and finances to ensure smooth service and performance.
  • Be a visible leader on the floor during busy periods.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards.
  • Partner with national support teams to align the café with brand values.
  • Handle customer feedback with empathy and accountability.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a café manager or in a senior hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance.
  • A hands-on approach with confidence to lead from the floor.
  • Excellent organisational skills including rostering and systems management.
  • Knowledge of food safety and OH&S standards.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating inclusive spaces.
