  • Lead a team of 8 employees to drive asset reliability, equipment performance, and world-class maintenance practices.
  • Champion safety culture, ensure compliance with management systems, and contractor management excellence.
  • Develop and empower the team through coaching, performance reviews, and capability uplift.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and coaching capability.
  • Engineering qualifications (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) and a passion for the brewing industry.
  • Prior experience in high-speed packaging or manufacturing environments.
  • Action-oriented, analytical problem-solving skills.
